Rogers & Goffigon is excited to introduce a spectacular, geometric patterned, upholstery fabric, Mica, into their textile collection.
Mica is available in three colorways all on a loopy off-white bouclé ground: Angelite with blue tones, Resin with warm grays and amber, and Galena with shades of gray.
This super, intricately woven jacquard fabric has a mid-century modern look to it. The design of various sized, randomly scattered rectangular shapes that represent chips of mica, is achieved by the ombré effect woven into the colored blocks which float on a soft field of a lambswool bouclé.
These geometric shapes inspired the fabric’s name. Mica combines textures of different weaves in a variety of yarns throughout its large repeat.
Best suited for upholstery, Mica, works beautifully applied to any style of furniture, especially large-scale pieces, in any style of interior.
